From Super Stockist model to C&F model: A

Strategic Leap

Director Mr. Jignesh Shah shared that 2024 had been ayear of great success for the brand. One of the majorstrategic moves this year has been the opening of thecompany’s first owned depot in Hubli, Karnataka. Thismarks a transition from the earlier super stockist modelto a more efficient C&F network, with a clear goal ofpan-India depot coverage by March 2026.

The year 2025 will see a transformative product rollout.Shree Siddhi Fragrance is preparing to launch a newrange that includes premium dhoop sticks, cow dungbasedincense products, havan cups, and fragrantcamphor. Already a household name across Gujarat,Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar,Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, AndhraPradesh, Telangana, and Uttar Pradesh,Siddhi Fragrance continues to expand. With a dedicated team now inBengaluru and a new depot in Hubli, thecompany is streamlining its operations. Responding to consumer trends, the brandis set to launch 300g and 350g zipper packsunder the popular “Banaras Das” and“Garden Collection” labels. Their red-colorbase agarbatti, known for its long-lastingfragrance and clean burn, continues todominate the market. Imported rawmaterials from Indonesia further elevateproduct quality.

Scaling New Heights in Exports

Shree Siddhi Fragrance has already madeinroads into six international markets and isplanning to expand to 12–15 countries bythe end of 2025. All exports are brandedand tailored for local markets, withsuccessful SKUs like “Siddhi Seven inOne” leading the charge.
