Ahmedabad’s Siddhi Fragrances, which has spread the aroma of its agarbattis across the country and the world, needs no introduction. The kind of success Siddhi Fragrances has achieved within just ten years of its inception is matchless. Company’s director Jignesh Shah shared with Sugandh India that it was established on 4th April 2013. At that time, Siddhi Fragrances started its journey with a unit of 3200 square feet and 17 products. Today it has five different units working in 30,000 square feet.

 

The biggest achievement is that the product which was launched on day one is still in demand. None of the products have been discontinued. Today the number of products of the company exceeds 250. Jignesh Shah further added that the focus of Siddhi Fragrances has been on quality since inception. The slogan of the company is “Think Quality, Think Siddhi”.

Siddhi Fragrance, which started its journey with this motto, has delivered its products not only in the country but also abroad.

 

Ten years ago, the products were introduced only in Gujarat and Rajasthan market whereas today Siddhi Fragrance’s products are spreading aroma in people’s homes all over the country. Not only this, the agarbattis of Siddhi Fragrances are being well-liked in foreign countries as well. They are being exported to many countries including Nepal, Australia, Dubai and the US.

 

Siddhi Fragrances has a plethora of products in its portfolio. However, Wood Collection and Gauvedam are the products that have added to the popularity of Siddhi. The Wood Collection Agarbatti, the largest selling product of the company, was launched by Siddhi Fragrances two years back. With its launch, it started making its mark in the market. The agarbattis in this product are in red colour and that makes it a unique product while the agarbattis of other companies present in the market are white or black. Golden Wood is running unilaterally in this. Similarly, Gauvedam agarbatti and sambrani cups are completely organic and pure. These are completely prepared from cow dung in their own unit. Every ingredient used in it is completely sattvic and pure.

 

Talking about the achievements of Siddhi Fragrances in the last ten years, Jignesh Shah, Director of the company said that it started with one unit but today five units are running. One unit is used for cup sambrani and the other only for wet dhoop. agarbattis are manufactured in the remaining three units. Talking about future plans, he told Sugandh India that the company’s focus is on innovation and this will continue. The company is going to make vigorous efforts to take Siddhi Fragrances door-to-door through cup Sambrani, wet dhoop and agarbatti. With more variety in Gauvedam and Wood collection soon, the company will launch a vigorous nationwide campaign. Presently there are four varieties in Gauvedam and four more varieties are about to be added. Determined to take the company to greater heights, Jignesh Bhai, Director, Siddhi Fragrances, says that it has to go beyond the market it has captured and leave a mark of its unique fragrance everywhere in India. Along with this, special attention will be given to aggressive marketing and exports to make foreign lands fragrant.
