3RD SUGANDH INDIA EXPO 2026 CONCLUDES SUCCESSFULLY IN KOLKATA

Sugandh India Expo 2026, the leading B2B exhibition for the agarbatti and perfume industries, concluded successfully at Hall A, Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan, opposite Science City, Kolkata. Held from 6th to 8th February 2026, the three-day event witnessed strong business networking, product showcases, and industry collaboration.

Over 100 companies participated, representing agarbatti and dhoop brands, perfume manufacturers, fragrance and chemical suppliers, raw material providers, printing and packaging firms, machinery manufacturers, and allied sectors. The exhibition attracted thousands of trade visitors, making it one of the most impactful incense and fragrance platforms in Eastern India.

The expo drew manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers from West Bengal, the North-East, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, and other regions, along with international buyers and visitors, highlighting the growing global interest in India’s agarbatti and perfume industry.

Inauguration and Industry Presence

The exhibition was formally inaugurated with a grand ribbon-cutting ceremony led by all sponsors and key industry leaders. Representing the Diamond Sponsor, Charu Perfumery House, Bengaluru, were Mr. Bharat Shah, Mr. Vaibhav Shah, and Mr. Parth Shah. The Fragrance Partner, Imperial Fragrances and Flavors Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata, was represented by Mr. Mrinal Naik, Mr. Amish Naik, and Mr. Raghav Naik, while the Platinum Sponsor, Svar Fragrances, Mumbai, was represented by Mr. Shailesh Rao and Mr. Vihan Rao. Among the gold sponsors present were Mr. Adit Shah of Anant Fragrance Pvt. Several additional sponsors also contributed significantly towards enhancing the overall visitor and exhibitor experience. Singapuraship Produce I Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, supported the event as the lanyard sponsor. SacheeFragrances & Flavours LLP, Noida, came on board as the exhibitor gift sponsor, and Bindu Incense Craft LLP, Bengaluru, partnered as the visitor bag sponsor. Charu Perfumery House additionally sponsored the registration area. These contributions added significant value and ensured the smooth and successful execution of the exhibition.

Members of the Aromatic Merchants & Manufacturers Association, Kolkata, also graced the occasion. These included Mr. Sanjiv Mehrotra, President; Mr. Kader Basha, Vice President; Mr. Devang Sheth, Hon. Secretary; Mr. Rajesh Kumar Kothary, Hon. Joint Secretary; and Mr. Ranjan Kumar Datta, Hon. Special honors were presented to Mr. Munish Gupta of Himalaya Dhoop Agarbatti Industries, Jalandhar; Mr. Vinod Patel of Dhanlaxmi Industries, Ahmedabad; and Mr. Akram of R.P. Fragrances, Kannauj, in recognition of their consistent support to Sugandh India since its first edition. The event was further graced by the presence of Mr. Sanjay Varshney, President of the Essential Oil Association of India.
